Clean-up with a Pressure Washer and Win $10,000 in Power Products

(ARA) - Outdoor cleaning can be rewarding. Now you can show off your results and win a $10,000 Power Products Giveaway as a bonus for your hard work. The person with the top cleaning project performed using a pressure washer will be awarded $10,000 of his or her choice of power products by the Briggs & Stratton Corporation in its Before & After Contest. The winner may select from products ranging from home generator systems to lawn mowers to outboard motors. The contest runs through December 31, 2005. The grand prize will be awarded to the person whose pressure washer project shows the most dramatic difference in cleanliness and appearance. The first 50 people to complete registration will receive a free Briggs & Stratton hat. The before and after photos of cleaning projects should be submitted to www.outdoorcleaning.com.

Pressure washers are most often used for cleaning:

"Pressure washers continue to grow in popularity for two reasons: Americans are spending more time improving their outdoor living space and pressure washers make cleaning and maintaining that space a snap," says Pat Simpson, Briggs & Stratton spokesperson and host of HGTV’s "Before and After" and "Fix-It-Up" programs.

Considering entering the contest but don’t have a pressure washer yet? A gas-powered pressure washer such as the Briggs & Stratton 2200 is more powerful, durable and effective than its electric-powered counterparts. Gas-powered pressure washers produce a high-pressure water spray to remove built-up mold, mildew, dirt and grime from a variety of surfaces.

The latest innovation in pressure washer technology is Briggs & Stratton’s new ProjectPro Nozzle System as featured in the 2200. The ProjectPro nozzle attachments take the guesswork out of choosing the right nozzle. These nozzles have preset pressure and flow settings that are right for each job.

The 2200 pressure washer has extra high wheels for ease of mobility, and a 25 foot high-pressure hose. Users should wear eye protection and review safety tips prior to using a pressure washer for the first time.
